Refund Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days after the delivery date to request a return. Please note that returns will incur a 30% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please ensure the item is securely packed. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@aenest.com with your order number and reason for return.
If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Should you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, please take photos of the item and the outer shipping box as documentation and reach out to us at support@aenest.com in 24 hours—we will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
*Custom-made or personalized products.
*Sale items.
*Gift cards.
*Items that have been assembled or altered.

Exchanges
Exchanges are treated the same as returns.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take your bank or credit card company up to 14 business days to post the refund.
