Order Processing Time

Freight Deliveries (Large Furniture & Oversized Items)
Certain products are shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers due to their size and weight.
For freight deliveries:
The carrier may contact you by phone, email, or text message to schedule delivery.
An adult (18+) may be required to be present and sign for the shipment.
Delivery is generally made to the nearest accessible outdoor area such as a porch, driveway, garage entrance, or curbside location.
Inside delivery, room-of-choice delivery, assembly, installation, debris removal, and stair carry services are not included unless specifically stated on the product page.
Customer Contact Information
To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide:
A valid shipping address
A reachable phone number
A valid email address
Failure to provide accurate contact information may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
For freight shipments, tracking updates may occasionally be delayed while the carrier schedules delivery appointments.
Multiple Shipments
Products within the same order may ship separately from different warehouse locations.
As a result:
Multiple tracking numbers may be issued.
Items may arrive on different dates.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
If you notice visible damage:
Take photographs of the packaging and product.
Note the damage with the delivery driver if possible.
Refuse delivery if the damage is severe.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report freight damage promptly may affect our ability to process a claim.
Lost or Missing Deliveries
If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:
Check around your property and with neighbors.
Verify the shipping address used for the order.
Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

Government actions
Incorrect customer information
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery for reasons unrelated to shipping damage or seller error, any return freight charges, storage fees, or carrier penalties may be deducted from the refund amount.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order has already shipped and the address provided is incorrect:
Address changes may not be possible.
Additional carrier fees may apply.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Furniture & Oversized Product Notice
Before placing an order, customers are responsible for ensuring that:
The product dimensions will fit through doors, hallways, staircases, elevators, and intended installation areas.
The delivery location is accessible for freight trucks.
Inside delivery and moving services are not included as part of our standard shipping service. However, if a product requires movement beyond the designated delivery location, we may attempt to arrange additional assistance upon request, subject to carrier availability and additional charges.
We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from access restrictions at the delivery location.
